Vision Statement

Our Vision Statement provides the basis from which all other things emanate.

We, the Parents, Staff and Board of Management of Scoil Mhuire aspire to place the child at the centre of our collective endeavour.

We strive to develop each child to her full potential as a confident, responsible and caring person in a happy, Christian atmosphere.

Continuing the tradition of the Sisters of Charity, we seek to develop a sense of self–worth and mutual respect within the school community through co-operation, communication and the promotion of partnership.

We try to bring our Vision Statement to life in the daily activity in our school. We welcome each and every child and her family into the community of Scoil Mhuire where they will be treated with respect and experience a happy, Christian atmosphere. We are happy to reflect and be part of the multi-cultural society of Dublin in the 21st century. In this way we hope to remain responsive to the needs of each child, the talents of each teacher, the dynamic of each class group, the current events of each year and the rich tapestry of life as it affects Scoil Mhuire.
